Cancellation by Customer

SHOPFUZ believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 5 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the order has already been billed and the process of shipping them has been initiated.
  • There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.
  • No cancellations are entertained for those products that SHOPFUZ marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, Valentine`s Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.

Cancellation by SHOPFUZ

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account. In case of cash-on-delivery, the cancelled portion will not be charged.

Fraudulent /Declined Transactions

Our payment gateway constantly monitors the user`s account in order to avoid fraudulent accounts and transactions. SHOPFUZ reserves the right to recover the cost of goods, collection charges and lawyers fees from persons using the website fraudulently. SHOPFUZ reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings against such persons for fraudulent use of the website and any other unlawful acts or omissions in breach of these terms and conditions. In the event of detection of any fraudulent or declined transaction, prior to initiation of legal actions, SHOPFUZ reserves the right to immediately delete such account and dishonor all past and pending orders without any liability. For the purpose of this clause, SHOPFUZ shall owe no liability for any refunds.

Return / Exchange Policy

Each garment ordered online is individually created, crafted and designed perfectly in accordance to the specifications provided. As a result, we follow a “No Return No Exchange” policy to aid us in delivering the very best and latest in Indian fashion.

Kindly be informed that SHOPFUZ will not be able to refund or exchange any online sales at under any circumstances. SHOPFUZ firmly believes that all customers who order online are aware that colors seen on a monitor may be slightly different as compared to the color of the actual outfit ordered.
